Culture Perth and Kinross wish to appoint a café franchise to occupy a purpose-built catering area within Perth Museum, providing our visitors and travel trade groups with an exceptional food and drink experience that will promote the best of local Scottish produce. This notice is being issued as part of the market research process to allow suppliers the opportunity to express their interest in any potential future contract. The route to market to identify the most suitable supplier will be through Public Contracts Scotland and by using this notice suppliers will have the opportunity to note their interest. Full details of the opportunity will be included in any future contract notice. Suppliers should record their interest by selecting the ‘Record Interest’ button linked to this notice by 11/06/2026. The Meeting the Buyer events will be held on 18 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm and 22 June from 6.00pm to 8.00pm in Perth Museum. Places for these events can be booked via Eventbrite, search for Culture Perth and Kinross Meet the Buyer Event.
