Description

Die European University for Well-Being ("EUniWell") ist eine von derzeit 65 Europäischen Universitätsallianzen. EUniWell wird von der Universität zu Köln koordiniert, die im vorliegenden Verfahren als Auftraggeber agiert. Für die weitere Entwicklung von EUniWell sind zwei Aspekte entscheidend: Der Erfolg im Wettbewerb um Fördermittel zur Unterstützung der EUniWell "Well-Being"-Agenda und die Fokussierungder Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Ziele aus dem Strategiepapier "EUniWell 2030: Strategy Framework and Strategy Questions" (in den Vergabeunterlagen enthalten). Der Auftragnehmer soll den Auftraggeber bei der Erreichung dieser und weiterer Ziele unterstützen. Hierfür soll er Beratungsleistungen erbringen, die in den Vergabeunterlagen im einzelnen beschrieben sind. Darüber hinaus wird Beratung bei der Erstellung von Berichten für den derzeitigen Haupt-Zuwendungsgeber benötigt. Die Vergabeunterlagen liegen in deutscher Sprache vor, einige zentrale Dokumente existieren jedoch auch in englischer Fassung (wobei im Fall des Widerspruchs die deutsche Fassung den Ausschlag gibt). Formulare können in englischer Sprache ausgefüllt werden und auch Angebotsbestandteile können in englischer Sprache eingereicht werden. Fragen können in englischer Sprache gestellt werden und werden dann auch in englischer Sprache beantwortet. -- The European University for Well-Being (hereinafter referred to as "EUniWell") is one of currently 65 European University Alliances. EUniWell is coordinated by the Universityof Cologne, who acts as the contracting authority in this public procurement procedure. Two aspects are crucial for the further development of EUniWell: Success in the competition for funding to support the EUniWell "Well-Being" agenda and the focusing of activitiesto ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the strategy paper "EUniWell 2030: Strategy Framework and Strategy Questions" (included in the tender documents). The contractor shall support the contracting authority in achieving these goals. To this respect, the contractor shall render consulting services, which are described in the tender documents in more detail. Moreover, the contractor shall provide consulting services related to the reporting to EUniWell"s main funding body. The tender documents are available in German, but some key documents are also available in English (in the event of an objection, the German version will prevail). Forms canbe completed in English and bid components can also be submitted in English. Questions can be asked in English and such questions will be answered in English as well.
