Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Beschaffung einer Softwarelösung zur digitalen Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Genehmigung von Verordnungen zur Häuslichen Krankenpflege (HKP) gemäß § 37 SGB V einschließlich Systembetrieb, technischer Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung. Die Software unterstützt einen automatisierten Genehmigungsprozess auf Basis eines regelbasierten Prüfverfahrens und ermöglicht zusätzlich eine manuelle Bearbeitung durch Mitarbeitende der AG. Die Software muss die folgenden Kernziele unterstützen: - Effiziente Bearbeitung aller HKP-Verordnungen unabhängig vom Eingangskanal (Papier, eVO, interne Prozesse) - Automatisierung nach medizinischen, vertragsrechtlichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben - Durchgängige Systemintegration in die Anwendungslandschaft des AG (insb. BITMARCK_21c|ng, Inspire/Quadient, IPL/ZAL) - Elektronische Entscheidungsfindung mit revisionssicherer Dokumentation - Bereitschaft für die verpflichtende eVO-Einführung ab 2027 - Einsatz und Integration von KI-gestützten Entscheidungs- und Priorisierungshilfen AN ist Kooperations- oder strategischer Partner der BITMARCK-Unternehmensgruppe oder weist eine gleichwertige Zertifizierung für 21c|ng-Integrationen nach.
