Description

Software zum TCMS-Controlling Die Beschaffung einer einheitlichen Softwarelösung, die ein regelmäßiges umsatzsteuerliches Controlling als integralen Bestandteil des Tax Compliance Management Systems (TCMS) der Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf möglichst automatisiert durchführt. Der Controlling-Prozess umfasst insbesondere die strukturierte Aufbereitung von debitorischen und kreditorischen Buchungsvorgängen (aus dem ERP-System "SAP") sowie die Überprüfung der jeweils angewendeten umsatzsteuerlichen Behandlung (z. B. anhand der verwendeten Steuerkennzeichen). Die Ergebnisse der Prüfung sollen in einer übersichtlichen und nachvollziehbaren Auswertung dargestellt werden, welche insbesondere die Buchungsvorgänge mit Prüfungsbedarf (z. B. aufgrund fehlerhafter umsatzsteuerlichen Behandlung) deutlich hervorhebt.
