Dazu gehören: -Erleichterung der Identifizierung und Analyse potenzieller Anlageobjekte, die sowohl Investitionen in (VC)-Fonds als auch Direktinvestitionen in Unternehmen umfassen, -Unterstützung des Pipeline-Prozesses, bei dem potenzielle Investitionsobjekte Trichterstufen durchlaufen und Informationen immer weiter angereichert werden, -Erleichterung der Portfolioplanung im Hinblick auf die Verfolgung der Höhe der für Investitionen in verschiedene Anlagemandate verfügbaren Mittel und der Auswirkungen auf das Portfolio jedes Mandats im Falle einer Investition („Pacing“), -Unterstützung des Due Diligence Prozesses, also des Prozesses, mit dem die KfW ermittelt, ob eine potenzielle Investition mit ihren internen Vorgaben und Risikobereitschaft im Einklang steht und eine angemessene Rendite verspricht, -Unterstützung für das Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und die Identifizierung bestehender Beziehungen, die eine Vorstellung oder Verbindung zu einem potenziellen Anlageobjekt bieten könnten, In der gesamten Lösung sollte der Anwender hinsichtlich administrativer Aufgaben, Workflows, Zusammenarbeit, Dokumentation und Informationen unterstützt werden. This includes: - Data fields should be pre-filled with AI suggestions where possible. Users should be able to provide AI with additional, non-public information such as pitch decks to enable the AI to fill in more information, - The solution should enable KfW to depict multiple workflows in the solution such as the dealflow process, the due diligence process and investment decision workflow.
