Description

Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky je dodávka a implementace nemocničního informačního systému (dále jen „NIS“), jeho integrace, migrace dat, testování v předprodukčním období, instruktáž uživatelů a správců systému, ověřování funkcionalit v ostrém provozu. Předmětem plnění je dále zajištění servisních služeb, služeb technické podpory a rozvoje. Podrobný rozsah předmětu plnění je uveden ve smlouvě I a II. Hlavním cílem veřejné zakázky je realizace jednotného zdravotnického informačního systému (NIS) ve Vojenské nemocnici Brno, pro zajištění požadovaných schopností v oblasti poskytování zdravotní péče, ochrany veřejného zdraví a zdravotnické podpory, propojení se systémy Armády České republiky (AČR) v rezortu ministerstva obrany (MO). Základním požadavkem je vytvoření komplexního, datově (informačně), funkčně a procesně propojeného softwarového aplikačního prostředí pro vedení zdravotnické dokumentace Vojenské nemocnice Brno, se systémy ostatních poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb v ČR (pomocí systému výměnu zdravotnické dokumentace eMeDOcS (exchange Medical Documents System) Jihomoravského kraje a kraje Vysočina, službami a registry elektronického zdravotnictví a resortu zdravotnictví a státem garantovanými digitálními službami, propojeného se systémy AČR v rezortu MO.
