Description

Argyll and Bute Council on behalf of the Integration Joint Board (IJB) are seeking a consultant experienced in the area of social care, to lead on key aspects of our transformation programme regarding Adult Care at Home Services in Argyll and Bute and, alongside service management, lead on the implementation of the service changes. This is a prior information notice for the purpose of market sounding, this is not an Invitation to Tender. The notice contains a draft Service Specification, interested parties are asked to review the attached document and provide a response to the following questions: A. To what extent do you consider the requirements set out in the draft service specification at point 2 of this RFI to be achievable in practice? Please highlight any specific elements that may present challenges to delivery and explain why. B. Based on the information provided, in particular the consultant profile at 2.5 above, does your organisation have capability and capacity to deliver the requirement as specified. Please provide details of any considerations that may impact this. C. What key risks, constraints, or dependencies (e.g. workforce availability, cost pressures, regulatory requirements) could impact the successful delivery of the service as currently defined, and how might these be mitigated? D. Please provide an indication of the anticipated cost of delivering the service as specified. This should be expressed as a high-level cost range or typical pricing structure, supported by key assumptions. Questions, comments and feedback in relation to the draft service specification are welcome. Interested parties should contact: procurement.care@argyll-bute.gov.uk.
