Description
Граничний термін поставки (передачі) Товару Замовнику - протягом 15 робочих днів з дати укладання Договору. Замовник здійснює оплату Постачальнику протягом 5 робочих днів після постачання Товару, платежами у розмірах фактично поставленого Товару у межах отриманих коштів державного бюджету України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на свій рахунок. У такому випадку штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються.
