Description

Onderhavige opdracht heeft betrekking op de aanduiding van een Nationaal Referentielaboratorium, hierna afgekort als "NRL", voor parasieten (met name Trichinella, Echinococcus en Anisakis) voor rekening van het FAVV. Onderhavige opdracht heeft betrekking op de aanduiding van een Nationaal Referentielaboratorium, hierna afgekort als "NRL", voor wat het hierna beschreven domein betreft. Het toepassingsgebied van het NRL dat aangeduid wordt omvat de parasieten (met name Trichinella, Echinococcus en Anisakis) in het kader van het bevoegdheidsdomein van het EU-referentielaboratorium (EURL) voor parasieten is vastgelegd door Verordening (EG) Nr. 2017/625 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 15 maart 2017 betreffende officiële controles en andere officiële activiteiten die worden uitgevoerd om de toepassing van de levensmiddelen- en diervoederwetgeving en van de voorschriften inzake diergezondheid, dierenwelzijn, plantgezondheid en gewasbeschermingsmiddelen te waarborgen Het gaat onder meer om het opsporen van larven van de parasietnematode Trichinella in vlees van diersoorten die gevoelig zijn voor trichinose overeenkomstig de modaliteiten van Verordening 2015/1375 van de Commissie van 10 augustus 2015 tot vaststelling van specifieke voorschriften voor de officiële controles op Trichinella in vlees.
