Description

Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op het aanbieden en faciliteren van multimedia voordelen binnen het cafetariaplan van Zorgband Leie en Schelde. De opdrachtnemer zal instaan voor het ter beschikking stellen van een kwalitatief en marktconform aanbod aan digitale en multimedia producten (zoals pc’s en randapparatuur, tablets, smartphones en smartwatches), alsook bijhorende accessoires dat door medewerkers kan worden aangekocht via hun theoretisch cafetariaplanbudget. De samenwerking omvat zowel de operationele als administratieve ondersteuning van dit aanbod, met inbegrip van een digitale verwerking van bestellingen, budgetopvolging via koppeling met het Lima Flex portaal van Cipal Schaubroeck en rapportering, zodat HR en medewerkers op een efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke manier worden ontzorgd. De oplossing dient te voldoen aan de geldende regelgeving inzake cafetariaplannen en bij te dragen aan de digitalisering van HR-processen, alsook de versterking van het werkgeversimago van Zorgband Leie en Schelde.
