Description

Removal of existing luminaires - and replacement with LED luminaires Tenderers attention is drawn to the "Lotting" arrangement. There are four “Lots”. Tenderers may bid for all four Lots - or for any number of Lots - but only one Lot will be awarded to a Tenderer (i.e. a Tenderer cannot be awarded more than one Lot). Contracts will be awarded in the following four Lots: LOT 1 - comprising 3 x Schools (Ardgowan Primary School, St. Andrew’s Primary School, and St. Joseph’s Primary School) LOT 2 - comprising 3 x Schools (Gibshill Children’s Centre, Wellpark Children’s Centre, and Whinhill Primary School) LOT 3 - comprising 4 x Schools (Binnie Street Children’s Centre, Gourock Primary School, Inverkip Primary School, and Wemyss Bay Primary School) LOT 4 - comprising 3 x Schools (Newark Primary School, Rainbow Family Centre, and St. John’s Primary School) On completion of the tender evaluation process and determination of the combined price and quality scores, the Employer will establish the optimal combination of Lotting which yields the most economically advantageous result for the Employer.
