Descripción

Tenders were invited by Kirklees Council (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Vehicle Accident Damage Repairs (the "Services"). The Framework will enable the Council to procure Vehicle Accident Damage Repair Services to support its operational fleet. The Council operates a diverse fleet of approximately 600 vehicles under 7.5 tonnes, including cars, EVs, vans, minibuses, and specialist vehicles across Parks, Housing, and Passenger Transport. Accident damage is unavoidable, making timely, high-quality repairs critical to maintaining service continuity. All repairs must meet manufacturer (OEM) standards and comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Demand is variable and cannot be guaranteed. Annual spend is estimated at approximately £250,000. Suppliers will be responsible for delivering a full end-to-end service, including vehicle recovery, inspection, repairs to OEM standards, documentation, warranties, and return of the vehicles to the Council.
