Descripción

Für die Multimedia-Bearbeitung und PDF-Erstellung sowie für die Erstellung von Web-Based-Trainings (WBT) werden in der Verwaltung des Kantons Bern Adobe- und Articulate-Produkte genutzt. Der Kanton beabsichtigt, die ab Juni 2026 für drei Jahre benötigten Lizenzen neu zu vergeben. Die Lizenzen werden in zwei Losen ausgeschrieben. Der Zuschlag für die beiden Lose erfolgt einzeln oder als Gesamtpaket. Los 1 umfasst die Adobe Enterprise CC - und DC - Lizenzen sowie die Adobe Education CC - und DC - Lizenzen. Los 2 umfasst die Articulate 360 - Lizenzen inklusive Articulate 360 AI Assistant - Lizenzen. Die Lizenzen sollen bei entsprechendem Bedarf auch von den Bernischen Gemeinden und weiteren Trägern öffentlicher Aufgaben des Kantons Bern, wie Bildungseinrichtungen, zu den mit dem Kanton vereinbarten Konditionen genutzt werden können. Adobe Enterprise-Lizenzen: Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst einerseits die Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) for Enterprise Edition 4 Lizenzen [Creative Cloud all Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InCopy und Dreamweaver] und Document Cloud (DC) Lizenzen [Acrobat Pro] und Credits für Adobe Stock. Adobe Education-Lizenzen: Andererseits umfasst der Beschaffungsgegenstand die Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) for Education Lizenzen [Creative Cloud all Apps, Photoshop, Ilustrator & InDesign] und Document Cloud (DC) Lizenzen for teams [Acrobat Pro].; Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Articulate 360 Lizenzen mit den Kernmodulen Rise 360, Storyline 360, Review 360, Content Library 360 und Articulate 360 Training inklusive die Articulate 360 AI Assistant Lizenzen.
