Aberdeenshire Council is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System of contractors for the delivery of their Lifecycle Component Replacement across their estate.
As this tender is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) style of framework the closing date stated of 10th April is just to establish the initial framework and not a definitive deadline. Shortly after this date the opportunity to join the DPS will reopen for anyone who didn't apply before this date. This will remain open for the term of the DPS.
Any mini competitions run under the DPS will only be open to those suppliers on that individual Lot, at that moment in time.
