Descripción

SBHA’s principal requirement is the provision of an Internal Audit service to SBHA and its subsidiary company, SBHA Plus, as required by the Scottish Housing Regulator, Institute of Internal Auditors UK and other regulatory bodies. The internal audit work will be relevant in scope and complexity to that of its operations and strategic risks. All information required is included in the suite of Procurement Documentation, bidders are encouraged to ensure each document is read and understood fully with any questions being sent via the Public Procurement Portal. The top 3 scoring bidders will be invited to present their bid on 28 May 2026, each bidder should indicate no more than 2 delegates and their contact details to attend in Schedule 4 in the Response Document and advise of your preferred time slot. NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=663499. The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
