Descripción
Eurofound seeks an independent quality assessment of the online segment of the 2024 European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). The evaluation will compare the online data quality with international best practices and the face-to-face segment. It will address survey design, sampling, non-response bias, and comparability, using the Total Survey Error framework. The contractor will also review the Quality Assurance Plan and suggest improvements, including recommendations for transitioning to fully or partially online surveys in the future.
