Descripción

Der Auftrag umfasst die Bereitstellung einer Softwarelösung für einen "Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Broker" zur Nutzung für im ITSM-Umfeld Beschäftigte der ITSCare sowie kooperierende Partner. Die Lösung ist inkl. Wartung/Pflege und Support für eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten ab Zuschlag bereitzustellen. Darüber hinaus sind weitere, ergänzende Leistungen vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringen. Der Auftrag umfasst die Bereitstellung einer Softwarelösung für einen "Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Broker" zur Nutzung für im ITSM-Umfeld Beschäftigte der ITSCare sowie kooperierende Partner. Die Lösung ist inkl. Wartung/Pflege und Support für eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten ab Zuschlag bereitzustellen. Darüber hinaus sind vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringen: - Migrationsleistungen (insb. Übernahme von Altdaten) - Implementierungsunterstützung (Installation, Konfiguration/Customizing und Inbe-triebnahme); Projektunterstützung bei der Einführung - Bereitstellung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen / Konzepten - Schulungen (inkl. Bereitstellung von Schulungsunterlagen)
