Descrizione
Submission «Polizeihelikopter 2.0» Es soll ein Vertrag über die Bereitstellung von einem CS-29 (EASA Certification Specification) zugelassenen Helikopter für den Polizeieinsatz am Standort Kanton Zürich abgeschlossen werden im Sinne eines operationellen Leasings (Product as a Service). Der Helikopter soll mit einer Schweizer Registrierung (HB-xxx) durch die Kantonspolizei Zürich (KAPO) betrieben werden. Der Vertrag beinhaltet die vertragsgemässe Modifikation mit polizeitypischen Missionssystemen inklusive der Einrüstung von beigestellten kundenspezifischen Spezialsystemen. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet der Vertrag die fortwährende Bereitstellung, Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit, Instandhaltung und Sicherstellung der Einsatzfähigkeit des Vertragsobjekts sowie bei Bedarf die zur Verfügungstellung eines Redundanz-Helikopters. Die Flüge erfolgen sowohl am Tage wie auch in der Nacht sowie in der Nacht mit Nachtsichtbrille. Zum Einreichen eines Angebots werden maximal drei Anbieterinnen eingeladen. Die Anbieterinnen bleiben während beiden Phasen des Verfahrens untereinander anonym. ------------ «Polizeihelikopter 2.0» - Submission for the service according to the business model Product as a Service A contract is to be concluded for the provision of a CS-29 (EASA Certification Specification) approved helicopter for police operations in the Canton of Zurich in the form of an operational lease (Product as a Service). The helicopter is to be operated with a Swiss registration (HB-xxx) by the Zurich Cantonal Police (KAPO). The contract includes the contractual modification with typical police mission systems including the installation of customer-specific special systems. In addition, the contract includes the continuous provision, Continuing Airworthiness Management, maintenance and ensuring the operational capability of the contract object as well as the provision of a redundant helicopter - if required. The operation will take place both during the day and at night, as well as at night with Night Vision Goggles. A maximum of three bidders will be invited to submit a bid. The bidders will remain anonymous during both phases of the submission procedure. The services are provided for an initial contract term of ten (10) years with unilateral extension options in favour of the Cantonal Police. The maximum contract term is fifteen (15) years.
