Nav Tiltak Innlandet, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers, on behalf of Nav Vestland and Nav Troms and Finnmark, to a competition for the procurement of the Labour Market Measure Work Orientated Rehabilitation. Nav Tiltak Innlandet, Nav Vestland and Nav Troms and Finnmark are entities in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Vestland, procure the Labour Market Initiative Work Orientated Rehabilitation, for persons who are on sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. The procurement is for Vestland as one (1) service area, with four (4) delivery locations. Included municipalities and the accompanying delivery place are below. Sogn kommunees Sogndal, Vik, Luster, Årdal, Lærdal and Aurland Requirements for delivery place: Central to Sogndal municipality Sunnfjord municipalities, Sunnfjord, Kinn, Høyanger, Hyllestad, Fjaler and Askvoll Requirements for delivery place: Central in Føre (Sunnfjord municipality), and centrally in Florø (Kinn municipality) Nordfjord municipalities Stryn, Stad, Gloppen and Bremanger Requirements for delivery place:; Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Troms and Finnmark, procure the Labour Market Initiative Work Orientated Rehabilitation, for persons who are on sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. Includes Harstad, Tjeldsund, Kvæfjord and Ibestad municipalities. Delivery location requirements: Harstad city; Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Troms and Finnmark, procure the Labour Market Initiative Work Orientated Rehabilitation, for persons who are registered for sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. Includes Alta, Loppa and Kvænangen municipalities. Delivery location requirements: Alta city; Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Troms and Finnmark, procure the Labour Market Initiative Work Orientated Rehabilitation, for persons who are on sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. Comprises Senja and Sørreisa municipalities. Requirements for delivery location: Finnsnes town.; Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Troms and Finnmark, procure the Labour Market Initiative Rehabilitation Service, for persons who are on sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. Includes Balsfjord, Storfjord, Lyngen, Nordreisa, Skjervøy and Kåfjord municipalities. Delivery location requirement: Nordreisa and Nordkjosbotn (Balsfjord); Nav Tiltak Innlandet shall, on behalf of Nav Troms and Finnmark, procure the Labour Market Initiative Rehabilitation Service, for persons who are on sick leave and/or have their ability to work reduced so that they are prevented from retaining or obtaining income generating work. The aim of the initiative is for participants to get in, or remain in work. Comprises Sør-Varanger municipality. Delivery location requirements: Kirkenes by; The competition is divided into sub-contracts in the Mercell portal. The service areas are: "Service area A" -"Service area B""Service area C", "Service area D", "Service area E", There is also a separate sub-contract called "Tender Submission". In the sub-contracts 'Service area A' - 'Service area F', the tenderer shall upload a tender letter in each sub-contract that the tenderer would like to submit a tender in cf. Tender documentation Part I point 3.8.4.In the sub-contract "Tender Submission", the tenderer shall upload all other documentation that the tender consists of (a complete tender offer, cf.
