Descrizione

The procurement shall ensure the following services for Deichman: · transport of books between Deichman Library and 22 branches and two prison libraries · transport between Deichman's school collection and 182 schools and adult education centres. · transport between the store to Deichmans school collection and different nursery schools. · transport/freight connected to "remote loans" · ad hoc need for transport of various equipment etc. · collect mail from the post box and transport to Deichman in Bjørvika. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts. The award criteria stated in the notice apply for both lots. The distribution of the award criteria is in the detailed description of each sub-contract and is also described in the tender documentation. NB. Questions to the procurement will not be answered in the period 7 January to 21 January. The estimated value of the lot is NOK 12,000,000. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that Deichman Library can offer the following services: a) transport of books between Deichman Library, 22 branches and two prison libraries b) transport between Deichman's school collection, 182 schools and adult education centres c) transport between the store to Deichmans school collection and different nursery schools d) collection of mail to and from Deichmans library in Bjørvika e) transport/freight connected to "remote loans". Contract award criteria 1 Sub-contract 1 will be evaluated based on the following criteria: * Price: 60 % * Assignment comprehension 40%; The estimated value of the lot is NOK 4,000,000. Transport/dispatch of books to be returned to a library for the entire Norway. Award criteria sub contract 2 Sub-contract 1 will be evaluated based on the following criteria: * Price: 60 % * Infrastructure 30 % * Deviation/tracing 10 %
