Descrizione
The procurement will include module built sitting systems and the accompanying chassis, mould cast and the accompanying chassis and vehicle seats for children, with the accompanying accessories, spare parts and services. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts in order to best meet the users ́needs. Sub-contracts 1-5, 7 and 8 will enter into agreements with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users ́needs. There can, therefore, be varying from sub-contract to sub-contract, whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three tenderers in sub-contract 6, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. If there are not a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers, parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers.

The tender letter and other documentation shall be submitted in sub-contract "Tender Submission".; Forward facing track chair, as well as accessories and spare parts. The estimated total value for the sub-contract is given. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. Only the tender letter shall be submitted under sub-contract 1-8 (cf. Part I Terms point 3.5). The tender letter and other documentation shall be submitted in sub-contract "Tender Submission".; Sub-contract 9 is not an actual competition, but only for document submission (tender submission). Only a signed tender letter shall be uploaded in the relevant sub-contract for the sub-contracts that the tenderer would like to submit a tender. The same tender letter will be uploaded in the sub-contracts where the tenderer would like to submit a tender. All other documentation that the tender consists of, as well as the actual tender letter, is to be submitted together for all the sub-contracts in this sub-contract 'Tender Submission'.
