Norway - IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support - Framework agreement for the procurement and management of licences and cloud services.

The objective of the framework agreement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer, including a licence partner (LSP) for the procurement and maintenance of Cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), defined as: Procurement of licences and cloud services for the entire Microsoft portfolio. Standard cloud services provided with agreed services with accompanying services, including: Cloud Platform Services - Central InfrastructurePaaS and IaaSThe writing table surfaceThis is intended to cover products that Innovation Norway its employees can access from their laptops to solve work tasks within: planning, project management, reporting, statistics, graphics, video, audio, other document and file processing, procedure, workflow and glosses. Architecture, design and developmentThis is meant to cover products that Innovation Norway use in development: modelling, design, development, testing, interaction, planning, data intelligence, reporting. Tool for data visualisation, data virtualisation and data storage Security applications Tool for strategic and operative process mappingAdministrative toolThis is intended to cover products used for: Licence administration, internal audit and electronic surveys Applications that support Innovation Norway services delivered to final users, conferences, CMS services and content services Applications that support Innovation Norway their processes against their own EmployeeHR and finance processes that are not covered under other agreements, e.g. survey tools, financial management and task optimisation Strategic consultancy for Cloud services within the contract ́s area in accordance with points 1, 2 and 3 above, the tenderer shall have the role of strategic consultant in the procurement of cloud services (Saas/Paas/Iaas) as mentioned in points 1, 2 and 3 above, as well as contributing to the further development of the Contracting Authority's portfolio. The tenderer shall be in the role of a Broker for the Contracting Authority against the manufacturers of the Cloud services, hereafter defined as "Manufacturer". Be the Contracting Authority ́s commercial contact and escalation point above the manufacturers Be a invoicing partner and ensure correct invoicingForeta orders by new manufacturers in accordance with. the call-off mechanism in the Contract. The contracting authority presents its requirements and needs for the Tenderer and Cloud services in Annex 1 to SSA-R and in Call-offs, cf. the Annexes Avropsmal_Skytjenester and Avropsmal_SSA_Lille Sky. The requirements apply to the procurement of licences for Cloud Services that the Contracting Authority has already established, the procurement of Cloud Services which the Contracting Authority will establish at the start of the contract period and the procurement of Cloud services that will be called-off during the contract period. The contracting authority can use the Cloud services in connection with its interaction with other public entities in and outside Norway, including that it is necessary for users in other entities to participate in the Contracting Authority's business processes.
