Descrizione

Vefsn municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three (3) tenderers. The masses will mainly be collected by the contracting authority, but there can also be a need for supplies. The contracting authority reserves the right to use their own or hired transport means. The framework agreements shall include the delivery of different fractions of crushed matter, sand and natural gravel for the municipality ́s investment projects that are carried out on their own, as well as for operational and maintenance assignments in the service areas technical operations and water and sewage. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year extension. See the tender documentation for further information on the competition and its content. If something seems unclear to suppliers or there is a need for clarification, we ask them as soon as possible to give feedback to the contracting authority via the communication portal. Vefsn municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of various fractions of crushed matter, gritting sand, lawn soil and return asphalt. The estimated annual value of the sub-contract is NOK 5,000,000 per annum. The total estimated value over four years is NOK 20,000,000 eks.MVA.Vi refer to the tender documentation for further information on the competition and its content. The estimated annual value of sub-contract 2 is approx. (excluding VAT)Attention is defined as the stated amount and the amounts are only estimates based on the expected future activity. The needs for sub-contract 2 vary greatly from year to year, and the estimated value is a maximum of the annual need.
