Es handelt sich hierbei um einMarkterkundungsverfahren, in dem sich interessierte Firmenohne Einreichung eines Angebotszunächst formlos melden und ihr Interesse am Auftrag bekunden. Mit der angegebenen Angebotsfrist ist die Frist gemeint, in welcher eine formlose Interessenbekundung eingereicht werden kann. Es wird an dieser Stelle kein Angebot erwartet.Das weitere Vergabeverfahren wird der Auftraggeber erst nach Abschluss der Markterkundung verbindlich festlegen.
a. The Bidder shall develop multiple (up to 7 depending on the configuration) power delivery hardware subcomponents to a defined Manufacturing Readiness level based on the provided PDR (Preliminary Design Review) design baseline. All designs and shall be handed over in a state that they can be qualified for flight.
b. The system is a power delivery subsystem for an ISS EXPRESS Rack payload. It comprises a total of 3 modular lockers supplied by 4 EXPRESS Rack power feeders, ensuring isolation and distribution as per the architectural diagram.
c. The scope includes schematic design, PCB layout and verification, simulation (thermal & EMC), and the preparation of manufacturing drawings. This work covers the complete development lifecycle from PDR through to CDR and manufacturing readiness, inclusive of documentation and handover procedures.
