Descrizione

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competition for a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Portfolio Support Services, comprising of 3 Lots. Lot 1 Project Controls Support Services, Lot 2 Portfolio Performance Reporting and Analytics, Lot 3 Strategic Infrastructure Delivery Advisory Services. The framework duration is for 5 years with 3 annual extensions 5 and 1 and 1and 1. Full details are contained in the attached procurement documents. Brief drescripton of Lot 1 specifics: Provision of project controls support services to the IDD Project Controls Team as required, to drive performance in the project planning and delivery phases of the entire capital investment plan and accelerated growth fund, Maintaining accurate project spend forecasts in systems like Unifier and Copperleaf, Drive on-going continuous improvement of project controls processes within the Portfolio Office function, Support in the development of detailed costs analytics at project level to assist in more accurate forecasting and scheduling, Supporting training and development programmes in portfolio/programme management and forecasting, Supporting process development for identifying and mitigation of risk and realising programme opportunities, Conduct scenario analysis within IDD portfolio and programme levels to ensure optimised delivery of the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and achievement of Outputs & Outcomes; Brief drescripton of Lot 2 specifics: Further development of project, programme and portfolio level dashboards using Power BI and i2OD systems, Development of reporting requirements across all portfolios at project, tactical and strategic levels aligned to an agreed reporting calendar, Consolidate and lean existing reporting and processes, working with new systems to achieve the objective of a single source of the truth model, Incorporate the outputs of various reporting initiatives across Infrastructure Delivery. Full details are contained in the attached procurement documents; Brief drescripton of Lot 3 specifics: To provide ad-hoc strategic advisory services that enhance the IDD Portfolio Office’s capability to govern, prioritise, and optimise the delivery of infrastructure projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term asset strategies.
