Descrizione

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to undertake an independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren. The review will evaluate the extent to which Enjoy East Ren delivers best value in line with the definition and themes set out by Audit Scotland and will provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for ongoing improvement. The anticipated start date for the contract is no later than 31st August 2026 or, the Council may confirm another start date as detailed in an official letter of acceptance. The contract is for a period of 12 weeks with staged payment milestones as follows: Stage 1 - Interim Findings (must be submitted no later than 8 weeks following award) Stage 2 - Final Report (must be submitted no later than 12 weeks following award) It should be noted that an extension up to a total of 12 months is available at the discretion of the Council but is not guaranteed. The estimated budget for this contract is approximately 45,000 (excluding VAT). This figure is indicative only and is not guaranteed. The Council gives no assurance regarding uptake under any resulting contract. Through this competitive process, it is anticipated that a saving against the estimated budget may be achieved. The Council reserve the right to spend up to 100,000; however, this amount is not guaranteed. Any additional work or spend would be subject to separate negotiation with the successful supplier, and there is no guarantee of any additional work being awarded or any further expenditure being incurred. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise. The Project code is 32469.
