Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy, Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy, PKS Sähkönsiirto Oy ja Savon Voima Verkko Oy (The Purchasers) procure the 110/20 kV power transformers of the electricity distribution network as a joint procurement. The procurement was divided into four parts, where each purchaser made an independent procurement decision and contract by selecting those that meet the requirements of the request for tenders among the offers, the cheapest in terms of comparison price for its own sub-area. The procurement included the power transformers with oil and equipment, deliveries from the factory to the foundations specified by the Customer, import, crane, hauling and freight costs and acceptance tests performed at the Supplier's factory. In addition, the purchase includes Assembly and installation work for the final location, as well as testing and trial operation according to the program. Also the planning of the assembly and installation work, the necessary drawings, instructions and test protocols documented and, in addition, the Customer's personnel training were part of procurement delivery. The Purchasers made procurement contracts for the year 2027 season. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 7 pcs. In part 1, the power transformers of Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy's electricity distribution network were the object of procurement. The procurement included the power transformers for the year 2027. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 2 pcs. The Purchaser made an independent procurement decision and contract by choosing the one that meets the requirements of the request for tender and is the most economically advantageous tender.; In part 2, the power transformers of Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy's electricity distribution network were the object of procurement. The procurement included the power transformers for the year 2027. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 1 pcs. The Purchaser made an independent procurement decision and contract by choosing the one that meets the requirements of the request for tender and is the most economically advantageous tender.; In part 3, the power transformers of PKS Sähkönsiirto Oy's electricity distribution network were the object of procurement. The procurement included the power transformers for the year 2027. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 2 pcs. The Purchaser made an independent procurement decision and contract by choosing the one that meets the requirements of the request for tender and is the most economically advantageous tender.; In part 4, the power transformers of Savon Voima Verkko Oy's electricity distribution network were the object of procurement. The procurement included the power transformers for the year 2027. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 2 pcs.
