Descrizione
Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy’s (abbreviated as KL in the tender materials) current system (WinBus) is a comprehensive public transport management system for transport operators. Winbus includes software packages for workforce management, vehicle rotation, duties and daily changes as well as hourly monitoring and reporting. Working time events interpreted in accordance with the collective agreement are transferred from the system to the payroll. The system's life cycle is approaching its end and, according to the vendor's announcement, support for the system will end at the end of 2026. KL's operations will continue to grow in the coming years, and we want to be ready to expand our operations with the new system. The current solution is technologically outdated and does not allow for mobile use. Our goal is that the new solution also includes vehicle rotation optimization, traffic events management and ability to maintain vehicle mileage data. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1 "Summary of procurement objectives". and Annex 2 "Requirements description"
