Descrizione
The objective of the contract is to procure consultancy services for the development of Eurofound’s evaluation strategy, with a focus on three key areas: objectives, governance and organization (including staffing), and the types of evaluations conducted. The contractor will conduct a limited review of the previous two programming cycles, evaluating the relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the evaluation topics and methods, as well as assessing management’s responses to recommendations. Additionally, the contractor will formulate ideas for Eurofound’s future evaluation strategy, leveraging their expertise and research, while collaborating with other EU agencies. The contract will also involve other relevant tasks aimed at ensuring a comprehensive strategy. The overall goal is to provide a clear orientation and understanding of the role of evaluation in Eurofound’s mission and its future objectives.
