Kurzbeschreibung der Beschaffung: EWB_ARC 18_Innentüren Der Magistrat Eschborn beabsichtigt den Erweiterungsneubau mit 50 m Schwimmhalle für das Wiesenbad in Eschborn. Die Stadtverordnetenversammlung hat der vom Magistrat vorgelegten Planung der zusätzlichen Schwimmhalle im September 2018 mehrheitlich zugestimmt. Es werden acht 50 Meter lange Bahnen realisiert sowie eine eigene Eingangshalle für den Erweiterungsneubau. Die Schwimmhalle wird einen flexiblen Hub Boden erhalten. Darüber hinaus wird die Schwimmhalle mit Schiebetürenausgestattet, welche im Sommer zum Freibad hin geöffnet werden können. Die Kosten für diese Maßnahme betragen rund 15,7 Mio. € brutto. Der Zugang zum Gelände ist über die vorhandenen Zuwegungen von der Hauptstraße gegeben.
