Descrizione

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is issuing this PIN to notify the market of a forthcoming procurement opportunity for professional film and photography services. The Council is interested in hearing from suppliers with demonstrable experience of delivering creative and visual content for public sector and/or third sector organisations meeting accessibility standards. The appointed suppliers will support a range of communications, engagement, and marketing activities through the provision of high-quality film and photography services. It is the Council’s intention that the opportunity will be delivered through a multi-supplier, non-ranked Framework Agreement comprising two lots. Please note that the proposed scope, Framework Agreement structure, lotting approach, and route to market have not yet been confirmed and are subject to change. The Council may engage with interested parties further prior to publishing the tender. It is intended that a tender will follow by the end of September 2026. This PIN notice does not constitute a call for competition, the commencement of a procurement exercise, or any commitment by the Council to undertake a procurement process, establish a Framework Agreement or award any Contract. All information contained within this PIN is indicative only and subject to change at any time. Any future opportunity will be advertised separately. Resources Available: 1. The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) - offers free support to for Scottish-based SMEs and Third Sector Organisations. The SDP helps businesses to become ‘tender ready’ for public sector procurements. Accessing the resources and webinars requires providers to register on the website which is free of charge. Resources include guides and information on: Brexit, Procurement, Jargon Busters, GDPR etc, and can be found: https://www.sdpscotland.co.uk/resources/. SDP also run several training events and webinars. 2. Supplier Journey - https://www.supplierjourney.scot/. A Website run by the Scottish Government which gives a comprehensive, interactive, step by step guide on bidding for Public Sector Contracts. The site is regularly updated so will feature the most up to date information and reflect any legislative changes. Accessible to all organisations, free of charge. 3. Scottish Enterprise - https://www.scottish-enterprise.com/ Scotland’s national economic development agency, they work with partners in the public and private sectors to find and exploit the best opportunities. 4.
