Description
Replace existing underground pipework between boiler room and school block B.
Isolate and disconnect existing pipework to school block B
Create new trench between plantroom and block B
Install new pre-insulated pipework in trench
Connect to existing in school blocks with new isolation valves
Install new spare duct with draw cord
Backfill and reinstate surface to match existing
Build new brick service entry enclosures
Fill, dose and re-commision system
Mechanical work by mechanical subcontractor - details to be provide by HCC
Works over summer break
