The Government of Kosovo (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kosovo Emergency Covid-19 Project and Additional Financing, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Renovation works in NIPH and renovation of operating rooms in vascular and neurosurgery clinics. 2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for renovation works in National Institute of Public Health in Kosovo and renovation of operating rooms in vascular and neurosurgery clinics. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
