Project: P180332 - Restoration Project of Winterization and Energy Resources Reference: RPWR-UE-4 Procurement method: Request for Quotations Financing: World Bank Specific Procurement Notice Request for Quotations Goods Country: Ukraine Name of Project: Restoration Project of Winterization and Energy Resources Contract Title: Procurement of dump trucks with a loader crane (Lot 1), truck tractors with a loader crane (Lot 2), truck tractors (Lot 3), side wall semi-trailers (Lot 4) URTF Grant No.: TF0C0424 RFQ Reference No.: RPWR-UE-4 Ukraine has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Restoration Project of Winterization and Energy Resources and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Lot 1 “Procurement of dump trucks with a loader crane (10 t lifting capacity, 6x6 chassis, and 5 t lifting capacity, 4x2 chassis)”, Lot 2 “Procurement of truck tractors with a loader crane (10 t lifting capacity, 6x4 chassis)”, Lot 3 “Procurement of truck tractors (4x2 chassis)” and Lot 4 “Procurement of side wall semi-trailers”. 2. Private Joint Stock Company “National Power Company “Ukrenergo” now invites quotations from eligible Suppliers for: Lot 1 “Procurement of dump trucks with a loader crane (10 t lifting capacity, 6x6 chassis, and 5 t lifting capacity, 4x2 chassis)” (26 sets) Lot 2 “Procurement of truck tractors with a loader crane (10 t lifting capacity, 6x4 chassis)” (4 sets) Lot 3 “Procurement of truck tractors (4x2 chassis)” (4 sets) Lot 4 “Procurement of side wall semi-trailers” (7 sets) 3. Procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Procurement process will be conducted through the electronic procurement system and the complete set of the Request for Quotations documents in English and Ukrainian is available in a free access at the electronic procurement system Prozorro by the following link: https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2024-07-30-003375-a 5. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from Private Joint Stock Company “National Power Company “Ukrenergo” by sending their clarification requests through the electronic procurement system. Submission of clarification requests as well as quotations through the electronic procurement system requires mandatory prior registration of the Supplier at one of the marketplaces of Supplier’s choice from the list available at https://prozorro.gov.ua/en/majdanchiki-prozorro. 6. The Quotations shall be submitted not later than 13:00 Kyiv time on August 30, 2024, through the marketplace selected by the Supplier in accordance with the instructions specified in the Request for Quotations.
