Descripción

Het Maastricht UMC+ is voornemens om de levering van Cardiologie Interventiematerialen aan te besteden. De aanbesteding geschiedt volgens de openbare procedure (de openbare procedure is een aanbestedingsprocedure met maar één ronde, waarop iedere ondernemer mag inschrijven) conform de Europese richtlijn voor overheidsopdrachten 2014/24/EU en de daaruit voortvloeiende “Aanbestedingswet 2012” van 1 juli 2016. Gunning vindt plaats op basis van gunningscriterium economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving, op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De initiële duur van de overeenkomst bedraagt 3 jaar met de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst te verlengen door het Maastricht UMC+, voor de periode van tweemaal (2) één (1) jaar. Voor perceel 1 zullen twee leveranciers gecontracteerd worden, waarbij 60% van het volume toekomt aan de in rangorde eerste leverancier; 40% aan de in rangorde tweede leverancier. Voor perceel 2 t.e.m. 6 zal de in rangorde eerste leverancier gecontracteerd worden. Perceel 1: Stents (1.000 st.)/ PCI ballonnen (1.800 st.) Perceel 2: DEB Ballonnen (80 st.) Perceel 3: Diagn.- (2.000 st) guiding- (1.900 st) & ext. katheters (125 st) Perceel 4: Aspiratiekatheters (90 st.) Perceel 5: Indeflators (900 st.) Perceel 6: Sheaths (4.000 st) Stents (1.000 stuks) en PCI Ballonnen (1.800 stuks) Stents (1.000 stuks) en PCI Ballonnen (1.800 stuks); Drug Eluting Ballonnen (80 stuks) Drug Eluting Ballonnen (80 stuks); Diagnostische- (2.000 stuks), guidings- (1.900 stuks) en extension katheters (125 stuks) Diagnostische- (2.000 stuks), guidings- (1.900 stuks) en extension katheters (125 stuks); Aspiratiekatheters (90 stuks) Aspiratiekatheters (90 stuks); Indeflators (900 stuks) Indeflators (900 stuks); Sheaths (4.000 stuks) Sheaths (4.000 stuks)
