The objective of the project is to improve the equity and adaptability of Kosovo’s social safety net by assisting in th e development of legislation, creating a social registry, and supporting the poorest families in Kosovo. The equity improvement will include selecting SAS beneficiaries based on poverty status (rather than categories), providing more adequate benefits, i ncluding an increase in the per capita benefit received by larger households, and ensuring that work able beneficiaries benefit from activation measures.
