The Government of Kosovo (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kosovo Emergency Covid-19 Project-Additional Financing, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Communicable Diseases Surveillance and Early Warning System” 2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for development, and implementation of a HIS Module (Surveillance System and Early Warning System) for the Ministry of Health to integrate it with the existing so called BHIS System expanded into all health care levels/institutions. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
