Die Leistungen sind in zwei Lose aufgeteilt: - Los 1: Go4S4 - Migration auf H4S4 - Los 2: Go4S4 - Migration auf S/4HANA Die beiden Lose werden in zwei getrennten Vergabeverfahren vergeben. Sie können sich für eines der beiden Lose oder für beide Lose bewerben Die hessischen Hochschulen migrieren ihre gemeinsame SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft im CCHH-Verbund im Brownfield-Ansatz auf H4S4. Ziel ist eine stabile und zukunftsfähige Plattform im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts "Digitalisierung in der Verwaltung mit S/4HANA". Der Auftrag umfasst Planung und Durchführung der technischen Konvertierung, Abstimmung mit dem Projekt aus Los 2 (Migration auf S/4HANA), Sicherung sämtlicher Funktionen und Schnittstellen inkl. hochschulindividueller Add-ons, Einbindung der Key User sowie Roll-out und Hypercare bis zum Go-Live spätestens Ende 2027; die kontinuierliche Abbildung von rund 45.000 Personalvorgängen ist sicherzustellen.
