Descripción

This purchase request includes 5 types of valves for 2 new test facilities. This purchase request includes the supply of valves for 2 new test facilities that use liquid lead as process fluid. The scope covers various types of bellow sealed valves, such as control globe valves T-type, shut-off globe valves, shut-off gate valves, control globe Y-type valves and manual shut-off valves. All valves must be compatible with liquid lead and constructed from materials that are resistant to corrosion at elevated temperatures up to 450°C. This lot concerns the delivery of control globe valve T-type. The valves must be manufactured from stainless steel 316L or 316Ti. Design temperature is 450°C. Valves shall be bellow-sealed, with pneumatic actuator equipped with a fail-safe function. Required nominal sizes are 2 inches and 4 inches, with flanged connections conforming to ASME Class 600 RTJ (for R Oval gasket). Valves are non-nuclear components and will not be used in any safety-classified or nuclear pressure boundary systems.; This lot concerns the delivery of shut-off valves globe. The valves must be manufactured from stainless steel 316L or 316Ti. Design temperature is 450°C. Valves shall be bellow-sealed, with pneumatic actuator equipped with a fail-safe function. Required nominal sizes are ½ inch, 1 inch, and 2 inches, with flanged connections conforming to ASME Class 600 RTJ (for R Oval gasket). Valves are non-nuclear components and will not be used in any safety-classified or nuclear pressure boundary systems.; This lot concerns the purchase of shut-off valves gate. The valves must be manufactured from stainless steel 316L or 316Ti. Design temperature is 450°C. Required nominal sizes are 6 inches and 10 inches, with flanged connections conforming to ASME Class 600 RTJ (for R Oval gasket). The valves must be manufactured from stainless steel 316L or 316Ti. Design temperature is 450°C.
