Descrizione

The contracting authority in the procurement is the Directorate of Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir). Bufdir heads Bufetat, which is organised in five regions and is responsible for the operation and services of the child welfare service, including child protection institutions, welfare centres for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers and centres for parents and children. To safeguard the needs of residents and employees, institutions and centres must be furnished. Bufetat has documented a need for the furnishing of flame retardant textiles and fixtures. There is a considerable number of fires in the institutions and centres, most of which occur in the resident rooms. Based on this, there is a need to be able to purchase mattresses, fitting textiles and curtains of flame retardating quality. Flame retardating quality of textiles and mattresses will reduce the extent of damage when subject to fire. The products that the framework agreements shall cover per sub-contract: * Lot 1: Fire retardating curtains * Lot 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Lot 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. The estimated value for the entire procurement is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The procurement ́s maximum value is NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on a judgemental assessment of historical consumption. The estimates must not be seen as binding for the contracting authority during the framework agreement period. The maximum value shall take into account normal price regulations, unforeseen replacement needs, potential increases in the need volume and other uncertainty that may arise during the contract period. Overview of the financial limits per sub-contract over a 4 year contract period: Lot 1: Fire retardating curtains * Estimated value: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. Sub-contract 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Estimated value: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles * Estimated value: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.; Products for Sub-contract 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Frame mattresses * Mattresses * Mattress tops * Mattress protective liners Financial framework for Sub-contract 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Estimated value: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT.; Products for Sub-Contract 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles * Duvets * Cushions * Bedding, including duvet covers, pillow covers and sheets Financial framework for Sub-contract 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles * Estimated value: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.
