Provision of external consultancy services to support specific missions in time and material across business delivery, software build/integration, cloud platform operations, energy application support, telephony operations, and data/AI/security capabilities
Platform-agnostic consulting expertise supporting business analysis, opportunity identification, solution design, enterprise and solution architecture advisory, project and programme management, change management and digital transformation, with a specific focus on the European energy and utility sector; Software build and extension services for custom and extended enterprise applications, including web, mobile, API and microservices delivery, and enterprise integration.; Technical delivery services related to the SAP Utilities platform (IS-U, S/4HANA Utilities, FI-CA), including development, configuration and functional consulting.; Delivery services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and the Power Platform, covering CRM, customer service, field service, customer insights and low-code solutions, and associated communication channels.; Delivery services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics-based utility vertical solutions, including ERP implementation, utility billing and meter-to-cash processes.; Delivery services for the Salesforce CRM platform, including development, configuration, customisation, integration and related implementation activities, and associated communication channels.; Operation, administration and continuous improvement of cloud and onpremises platform environments supporting Enovos Luxembourg's IT infrastructure. Services under this Lot may be delivered under 24/7 on-call or operational support arrangements where time-critical platform continuity is required.; Support and operational services for energy trading, portfolio optimisation and market-facing activities, including application support for tools used in trading and optimisation contexts. Services under this Lot may be delivered under 24/7 on-call or operational support arrangements where time-critical continuity is required, including for energy nomination and asset monitoring.; Support and operational services for Virtual Power Plant operations, flexibility monetization and aggregation, and related asset-level activities, including application support for tools used in flexibility and VPP contexts. Services under this Lot may be delivered under 24/7 on-call or operational support arrangements where time-critical continuity is required, including for VPP operations and asset monitoring.; Services related to data engineering, architecture, analytics enablement, data governance and AI solution delivery, including build, integration and operationalisation of data and AI capabilities.; IT security services covering security engineering, architecture and DevSecOps practices to support secure platforms, applications and delivery pipelines, including security of AI systems and AI-assisted security tooling.; Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance services covering the definition, governance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the information security framework, including security strategy, risk management, compliance, assurance and information protection governance.
