Замовник здійснює закупівлю відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 02 березня 2022 року № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану», товари, що постачатимуться за результатами проведеної процедури, обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою. Відповідно до вищезазначеного учасники не включають до ціни податку на додану вартість (ПДВ)
